What makes a protagonist, a protagonist? What qualities do the villians of our favorite novels and television shows have and how do they develop over time? This course serves as an analysis of characters in To Kill A MockingBird, specifically focusing on the Finch Family, The Ewells, Boo Radley, and Tom Robinson.
Grades will be calculated as follows:
Discussion: 30 points.
Completing all discussions and responding to at least one fellow classmate will earn you full credit for each module.
Final Powerpoint: 30 points.
In your group assigned group and through discussions, focus specifically on one character in the novel. Discuss how they could be the protagonist, the antagonist using information from the text, the modules, online tools and your own perspective.
Professionalism: 15 points.
Throughout the course, your discussion posts were adequate, detailed and respectful.
Reflective Essay: 25 points.
What did you enjoy while completing the course? What did you not enjoy? What could you have done better and what would you like to see changed for the future? Answer in a short essay.
